First organized in 2012 by UnitedHealthcare, this event runs from September 15-21 and shifts the spotlight onto a confusing topic. In doing so, it helps many individuals better understand how to navigate through the enrollment process and avoid costly mistakes.
But Medicare Education Week isn’t simply for those who are turning 65 and planning to retire from their careers. It’s a time when all Americans can become more informed about a topic that impacts their families and loved ones. So, whether you’re an HR professionals, caregiver, family member, or friend, this week is for you. Because when more people learn about Medicare, they can help others making informed, beneficial choices.
